Description
An innovative AR board game to develop wellbeing for adolescents (13-18 years).
The game is based on psychological research and addresses 4 wellbeing realms– physical, social, cognitive, and emotional. It combines smart materials and ARtechnology to enhance peer and family interaction, verbal communication and social connectedness. In addition heart rate biofeedback and in-game wellbeing measurement tracks players’ progress and offers real-time feedback on wellbeing skills. The games was co-produced with young people.
