Description

This mixed-methods research project will produce evidence to inform activities and investment strategies able to transform access to creative skills and career pathways for young people across Surrey. Its approach is place-based, rooted in ecosystem development, and aligned with key local, regional and national frameworks and strategic ambitions. Meaningful co-production with stakeholders (including young people, educators, employers, community organisations, and civic partners) will guide the project and shape research design, interpretation, and recommendations.
