Zihao Jin

Zihao Jin is a PhD Management student in the School of Business and Management at Royal Holloway, University of London. He conducts interdisciplinary research involving human resource management, leadership, strategy, and sustainable business sectors. His interests include how to initiate the motivation to tackle social responsibilities among different actors in organisations. He uses mixed methods to contribute to leadership studies, social entrepreneurship research, and interlinking HRM with CSR sectors.
