Tom Keene is course Director of the BA in Digital Media Culture and Technology at Royal Holloway, University of London. Since 1998, he has worked across research, art, technology, and education to critically examine the social and ethical implications of digital technologies. His internationally exhibited practice spans critical software, sensor technologies, and participatory design, developed through collaborations with public institutions, communities, and academic partners to address systemic issues in technology and governance.
