Shabnam's study was on the relationships between the richness and realism of recruitment information, employee post-entry person-organisation fit and employment outcomes using the theories of attraction-selection-attrition and channel expansion. Data were collected from 504 employees in UK. She has employed Structural Equation Modelling technique to examine hypotheses.
