Rebecca is a PhD researcher in the Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security for the Everyday at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her PhD is funded by the EPSRC. Rebecca's research looks at the factors shaping security for technologies in public spaces.
Rebecca graduated from the University of Oxford in 2020 with a BA(Hons) in History and Politics before working in the Information Technology Sector as a Project Manager.
Research interests
Rebecca is interested in connected places/smart cities, narratives, governance, responsibility, risk, and policy themes in security.
