Priyanka will be completing her PhD as Doctoral Researcher within the School of Management at Royal Holloway, University of London. Prior to joining Royal Holloway, Priyanka graduated from University of Warwick with BA (Hons) German and Business Studies, and subsequently MA Organization Studies. Previous professional experience includes leadership roles within education. Priyanka's research will primarily focus upon employee retention; leadership theory; and followership theory.
