I joined Royal Holloway, University of London in 2019 as a Lecturer in International Business and Comparative Management. I am Course Director for BSc Management with International Business and BSc Management with Entrepreneurship. I also teach as Visiting Lecturer at ESCP Europe (both Paris and London campuses). I am a fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Previously, I was a Lecturer in International Business at the University of Greenwich (London). I received my Ph.D. from ESCP Business School and University Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne. I have an MA in Political Sciences (International Affairs, South Asia) from Sciences Po. Paris and an MSc in Economics from University Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne.

My research interests intersect between international management and comparative human resource management, focusing on India, the UK, and France.

• Organisation of multinational enterprise (MNEs): Examining how multinationals organize across geographies in response to differences in institutional environments, with an interest in exploring postcolonial dynamics in MNEs.
• Workplace inequalities in MNEs, and the construction of an inclusive "transnational" workplace, with a focus on gender, parenthood, caste, work-life management
• Indian Business History: Studying the internationalisation of Indian firms, business networks, and the construction of international managers.
• Blue Economy as non-traditional international business environment, internationalisation in the seaweed industry

Ph.D. supervision

I welcome dissertation proposals from Ph.D. students using qualitative and/or historical methods on the following topics:

• Workplace inequalities, gender, family, DEI policies and practices, particularly in MNEs.
• MNEs entering emerging economies (India in particular).
