I have an MA in Political Sciences (International Affairs, South Asia) from Sciences Po. Paris and an MSc in Economics from University Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne.

Research interests

My research interests intersect between international management and comparative human resource management, focusing on India, the UK, and France.

  • Organisation of multinational enterprise (MNEs): Examining how multinationals organize across geographies in response to differences in institutional environments, with an interest in exploring postcolonial dynamics in MNEs.
  • Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI): Investigating DEI practices in MNEs and the construction of an inclusive "transnational" workplace, with a focus on gender, parenthood, caste, and disabilities.
  • Indian Business History: Studying the internationalisation of Indian firms, business networks, and the construction of international managers.

Ph.D. supervision

I welcome dissertation proposals from Ph.D. students using qualitative and/or historical methods on the following topics:

  • DEI practices, gender and family policies in MNEs.
  • MNEs entering emerging economies (India in particular).
  • Internationalisation of Indian firms.
