Dr Olumide Ojo, an Engineering/Project Management lecturer at the Royal Holloway University, brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his role. With a multi-disciplinary background in engineering and management, he has amassed over 15 years of industrial experience in Construction, telecommunication, and consultancy. This extensive experience, coupled with his decade-long tenure in educational services, including teaching & learning, recruitment, student experience & management, student engagement and counselling, instils confidence in his ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Alongside his educational commitments, Olumide is actively engaged in research, particularly in the areas of sustainability and continuous improvement processes within engineering, construction, and project management. His research outputs have been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at top-notch international conferences. Olumide has also supervised numerous projects in Engineering (both at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels) and Engineering Management and Project Management dissertations at the master’s degree level.
