Minping Huang is a doctoral researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL). Her research topic is the investigation of impression management of leadership and gender in visual materials and narratives in annual reports. Qualitative content analysis will be used to analyse visual portraits of directors and to code narratives in chairs'/CEOs' statements.
Before undertaking doctoral research, she completed a BSc in Accounting and an MSc in International Accounting (Distinction). She previously worked as an accounting teacher at a college in China for three years.
