Dr Maria Simosi is a Reader in Organisational Studies and Human Resource Management at Royal Holloway, University of London. She holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics. She has extensive experience as HRM specialist in the banking sector. She is a Member of CIPD SouthWest London Executive Committee and an elected Member of the Executive Committee for the Academy of Management (Careers Division). She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).
Her research examines career trajectories as well as the dynamics of employee–employer relationships. Her published work appears in leading academic journals including Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior and Human Resource Management Journal.
