Feminist IR, Gender and International Security, (Politics of) International Law, Military Targeting, Remote/Autonomous Warfare
Karia takes a feminist approach to questions of gender and international security as well as the politics of international law. Her current research focuses on NATO's commitment to implement the WPS agenda and integrate gender perspectives as well as the role of gender in drone violence.
