Research interests

Jongsoo Kim is interested in business-government relations, organizational wrongdoing, compliance management, institutional distance and critical approaches to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Personal profile

His research is currently focusing on the political nature of CSR. Prior to his PhD, Jongsoo worked as a newspaper journalist. He had also participated in the foreign and industrial policymaking process in the South Korean parliament as a policy advisor.

Educational background

Jongsoo has completed coursework of PhD in political economy at Yonsei University. He received MA in international relations as a Chevening scholar (Nottingham University, UK) and BA in political science (Yonsei University, Korea).
