Personal profile

Personal profile

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Politics, International Relations and Philosophy at Royal Holloway, University of London.

My current research focuses on military learning in NATO member countries (ESRC 2021-2024). My wider research interests, stemming from lengthy practitioner experience in the high-tech sector in Asia, lie in organizational knowledge strategy, practices and investment policy generally.

Background:

I have spent the last decade working with and researching knowledge-intensive organizations in the INGO space that perform entrepreneurship development consultancy and value chain restructuring in emerging markets, living at various times in Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya and Mozambique.

Prior to that, I worked in high-tech companies (telecoms and IT services; based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney) for over two decades, including 12 years in Director and C-level roles running new market entries and operations across Asia-Pacific.
