Personal profile
Research interests (continued)
My research interests are focused on Homeric literature. Specifically, the way in which the poet uses mythical landscapes and spatial configuration to symbolise states of consciousness, materiality, morality, and existence. In particular, my main topic for my Doctoral dissertation is the location of the underworld in the Odyssey Book XI and its representation of various stages of life and death.
