Chloe’s research is in the field of marketing, specifically marketing within the arts and creative industries. To date this research has focused on production and consumption issues in the visual arts and how this translates into social, cultural and economic value. She has published in journals such as the Journal of Consumer Research, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Management; and Journal of Macromarketing.

Chloe is currently chair of the Arts, Heritage, Non-Profit and Social Marketing Special Interest Group of the Academy of Marketing and is on the editorial board of Arts and the Market and the Journal of Marketing Management.

Chloe has a degree from McGill University and an MA and PhD from King’s College London and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
