I am a lecturer in human resource management in the School of Business and Management at Royal Holloway. My research interests include performance management systems, employee well-being, unethical work behaviour, work performance and the management of higher education. The aim of my research is to promote ethical and responsible behaviour at work. I am an academic member of the CIPD and act as a committee member for the Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes branch.
I teach MN2705 Human Resource Management, MN3295 The Individual at Work and MN3271 International Human Resource Management.
I welcome PhD students who are interested in qualitative research in the areas of human resource management, employee behaviour/performance and employee well-being.
