My PhD research is primarily concerned with the health and wellbeing of women in prison. It considers how the experiences of food, the gym and work roles in prison shape women’s health and wellbeing during their imprisonment.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
