Based on our experience of building a legal chatbot for insolvency, this talk will argue for a simple proposition: “An LLM knows how to speak, but it doesn’t know what to say.” Finding the right combination of techniques for a chatbot is the key for improving access to justice and the quality of legal services.Period | 13 Jun 2024 |
