Invited contribution to the Royal Holloway Omnidrome Research & Innovation Centre webinar with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) Technology Innovation Team.

Research presented an integrated legal governance framework for public sector drone deployment, demonstrating how aviation regulation, public law, human rights, data protection and governance interact throughout the operational lifecycle of drone operations. The presentation illustrated the framework using flood asset inspection as a practical public sector case study and formed part of an interdisciplinary showcase of Royal Holloway research relevant to future collaboration with DEFRA.
