Description

Training and receptioning clients at Citizens Advice in Woking. I learned to welcome clients and ask initial questions. I helped them to fill formats with queries, which were then passed onto the assistant shift supervisor (ASS). After, appointments were organised with clients and specialist advisors. I learned to record client queries and responses, online or in person, in the CASENOTE information system of Citizens' Advice. I stopped my volunteering due to work and family commitments which did not align with their organisational requirements.
