Description
Participated in the LSE–IMF Joint Workshop on Social Protection, which brought together leading academics and representatives from the IMF and World Bank to discuss emerging challenges in social protection, including the design of social insurance and assistance, the balance between universalism and targeting, and financing mechanisms. The workshop formed part of the IMF’s stakeholder consultation process for developing its “2019 Strategy for Engagement on Social Spending” (November 2018).
