This joint presentation at the Hull Community Café (systems thinking audience of researchers and practitioners) with colleague Dr Beatriz Acevedo showed two different perspectives on creativity with personal experiences and suggestions to nurture it. Examples were also drawn from recent monographs including "Creativity in Management Education" and "Ritual and Systems Thinking".
