Conducted an independent study for Recourse (a CSO in the Netherlands) titled “Out of the shadows: Integrating climate change into IMF technical assistance”. The goal of the project was to develop policy recommendations on how the IMF’s technical assistance activities can be consistent with a low greenhouse gas future (June-November 2021)
