Description
For the exhibition Dig in Japan, which is shown during 2018, we have invited new and old guests to dig through the museum's Japanese collections and exhibit their favourite objects. The items are shown along with films in which Petra Holmberg, our curator for Japan, and our guest discuss everything they both know about the tea bowl, netsuke or woodprint. This year, our eight guests and their chosen objects will be presented in a golden treasure chamber at the Museum of East Asian Antiquities, as well as on the National Museums of World Culture website.
