Abstract: In recent years, network science has been increasingly applied in many different fields. In psychology and neuroscience the developments and applications of network science have occurred mostly in parallel, without much collaborations between the two fields. In this talk, Dr Bathelt will provide an overview of conventions in both fields, highlighting similarities, and creating a common language that enables the exploitation of synergies. In addition, he will showcase methods that combine networks at both levels, providing network approaches to integrate the behavioural and brain networks.
