As part of his series of meeting the short-listed authors for the Costa Book of the Year award, the BBC's Nick Higham has spoken to Jo Shapcott, winner of the Costa Poetry Prize of 2010.

She has described her new collection of poems, Of Mutability, as ''a series of meditations on mortality''.
