(16 May 2025) Advised UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office staff on IMF social spending conditionality and the UK’s priorities for the forthcoming IMF Conditionality Review and Comprehensive Surveillance Review. The meeting drew directly on findings from my research (“Social protection and the International Monetary Fund: Promise versus performance” in Globalization & Health).
