Invited as a Panel Moderator at the 18th International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CYCON 2026): Securing Tomorrow in Tallinn, Estonia, along with panellists, Jihye Kim, Lukas Kaltenbach, and Francesco Ferazza on “Cyber Operations in Hybrid and Wartime Contexts”, exploring themes including persistent cyber operations, the targeting of civilian infrastructure, GNSS disruption and spoofing, DDoS activity, resilience, and the broader role of cyber capabilities in #strategic competition.
The conference is organised by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence is a multinational and interdisciplinary cyber defence hub.
